The pen comes with a single cartridge containing champagne coloured shimmer suspended in a clear gel.
When using your pen for the first time you will need to unscrew the top of the pen and remove the black ring, which is no longer needed. You can then reattach the top of the pen and begin using your Wink of Stella.
